Delfi Appoints Glen Fossella Chief Revenue Officer

Delfi, an AI-native financial technology company for balance-sheet intelligence and capital market execution, announced that industry veteran Glen Fossella has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Fossella will lead Delfi’s go-to-market strategy, including sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth, as Delfi expands its suite of agentic AI financial decision-making solutions for community banks and credit unions.

Glen Fossella’s Role and Background

Fossella brings more than 20 years of experience in financial technology, banking, capital markets, and enterprise software. Before joining Delfi, he served as Head of Customer at Ascent, where he built and managed the full customer lifecycle, working with financial institutions to evaluate, deploy, and drive value from their Ascent investment. He previously held leadership roles at Peach (now SoFi), Numerated (now Moody’s), and Atrion (now S&P Global), with a focus on helping financial institutions use technology to overcome traditional constraints and drive business value.

“Community banks and credit unions are navigating a new era of economic complexity with an old set of tools,” said Fossella. “Delfi’s agentic AI solutions give CFOs the intelligence and execution capabilities once reserved for Wall Street—helping them move from insight to action with confidence.”

How Delfi Modernizes Balance Sheet Management

Delfi is building a next-generation operating platform for financial decision-making and capital-markets execution. Through an agentic workflow, its AI-powered technology helps financial institutions analyze balance-sheet decisions in real time, support ALM compliance, run probabilistic scenarios, evaluate what-if strategies, simulate capital-markets transactions, and execute those transactions with greater speed and confidence.

“Glen understands how to turn sophisticated financial technology into measurable customer value,” said Joseph Ahn, Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of Delfi. “His experience building trusted relationships with financial institutions will be instrumental as Delfi scales and helps community finance teams modernize how they manage risk, capital, and growth.”

Fossella’s appointment builds on Delfi’s growing market momentum and award-winning industry recognition, including Best of Show at FinovateFall 2024, Chartis Research’s QuantitativeAnalytics50 2025, finalist for the 2025 Banking Tech Awards USA, and recognition by the AI Breakthrough Awards as the 2026 Decision Management Company of the Year.
