Grant Thornton announces Auxis named

Grant Thornton announced today that Auxis, a business modernization leader and Latin America nearshore outsourcing pioneer, which is now part of Grant Thornton Advisors LLC (Grant Thornton), has been recognized as a Leader and All Star Company on the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) 2026 Global Outsourcing 100® list.

Auxis also received a Sustained Excellence award, recognizing its inclusion on the prestigious list for 11 consecutive years.

Considered a respected benchmark for evaluating outsourcers and advisors, the Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the industry’s top performers. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Auxis has been named an All Star Company by IAOP, earning top scores in every judging category.

The recognition also reflects Auxis’ continued Leader status — the highest recognition from IAOP — awarded to well-established firms with a proven track record of delivering high-value outsourcing solutions and an ongoing commitment to excellence.

“We’re proud to be recognized once again as a Leader and All Star Company on IAOP’s Global Outsourcing 100,” said Raul Vega, a partner in Grant Thornton’s Advisory practice and the CEO of Auxis, a Grant Thornton company. “This achievement reflects the sustained strength of our tech-enabled ‘operate to transform’ model, the trust we’ve built with our clients over decades as a transformation partner, and our commitment to delivering tangible, meaningful results. It also comes at an exciting moment for our business. By joining the Grant Thornton platform, we have dramatically expanded our capabilities internationally, bringing a powerful combination of advisory, technology, and world-class shared services to companies wherever they operate.”

Auxis earned another perfect score in IAOP’s Customer References category, the most important factor in a provider’s overall score which assesses value and results for top customers. The company also earned perfect scores for Company Awards, Company Certifications, and Programs for Social Impact, as well as near-perfect scores in Awards & Certifications and Programs for Innovation.

This recognition comes as Auxis continues to be ranked as a top outsourcing company globally by respected research firms, including Everest Group and ISG. Most recently, Auxis was named a UiPath Diamond Partner, the highest partner designation from the leading agentic automation platform, reinforcing its ability to deliver advanced, AI-driven business modernization at scale leveraging UiPath and other leading technologies.

“Auxis has built a strong reputation for delivering results at the intersection of innovation, technology, operations and accountability,” said Tom Puthiyamadam, managing partner of Advisory Services for Grant Thornton Advisors LLC. “This recognition reflects the strength of Auxis’ nearshore model and its disciplined, outcomes-driven approach. Combined with Grant Thornton’s broad advisory and technology capabilities, it helps clients modernize with confidence and scale smarter.”

Auxis’ status as one of the only true nearshore-centric providers on the 2026 Global Outsourcing 100 — and in recent analyst assessments — serves as a key differentiator in a crowded outsourcing market. It aligns with increasing demand from North American organizations for partners that offer skilled talent, real-time communication, and cultural and language alignment to support more complex, higher-value processes.

The nearshore delivery platform integrates the strengths of Latin America’s top destinations, with primary centers in Costa Rica and Colombia. Through the Grant Thornton platform, Auxis also now offers an expanded delivery footprint across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific region — as well as a complementary portfolio of services across tax, risk, audit, assurance, advisory and tech modernization.

Clients benefit from end-to-end consulting and tech-enabled outsourcing solutions. Core services span finance and accounting, information technology, human resources, revenue cycle management, customer service and other industry-specific business operations.

“The 2026 Global 100 recognizes organizations that are redefining what excellence looks like in today’s global business ecosystem,” said Debi Hamill, CEO of IAOP. “We are pleased to recognize Auxis for delivering measurable value, embracing innovation and demonstrating leadership across governance, talent and social impact.”

IAOP’s rigorous selection process, conducted by an independent panel, evaluates outsourcers on criteria including innovation, social impact and customer references, among other factors.
