Archive360 and Caju AI Partner to Unify Governance Across Digital

Archive360, a leader in enterprise data and AI governance for regulated enterprises and government agencies, today announced a strategic partnership with Caju AI, a provider of AI-driven governance and actionable intelligence solutions for mobile and digital communications. Together, the companies enable organizations to govern business communications across WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, Signal, Telegram, WeChat and other messaging channels alongside email, collaboration platforms and other enterprise data.

Business communications increasingly span email, collaboration platforms and mobile messaging applications. As organizations also begin using AI agents to interact with employees and customers, the number and complexity of digital conversations requiring governance will continue to grow. When these communications off-channel or sit outside established retention and supervision workflows, they create gaps in recordkeeping, investigations, privacy, data residency and eDiscovery.

The integrated solution combines real-time communications governance, policy enforcement and risk detection with enterprise retention, search, discovery, access controls and auditability. Caju AI captures mobile and digital communications and applies policy controls as conversations occur, including interactions involving people and AI agents. Archive360 preserves the communications and associated context within a governed environment, enabling organizations to apply retention and legal hold policies, manage access, search data and support supervision, investigations and eDiscovery.

The joint solution is currently deployed across the Archive360 customer base. The company will use the solution to govern business communications across email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Signal, Telegram and WhatsApp. Bringing these channels into a consistent governance environment is intended to help the company support applicable recordkeeping and supervision requirements, apply retention schedules and legal holds, and produce complete, auditable records for regulatory examinations, investigations and eDiscovery.
