ASIC purchase order

Azio AI Receives First ASIC Purchase Order

Azio AI Corporation has received its first ASIC purchase order as part of a broader infrastructure validation initiative. The order comes from Envirotech Vehicles, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVTV) and includes twenty-eight next-generation ASIC compute systems.

Importantly, payment for the initial tranche has already been received in full. This milestone marks a significant step in Azio AI’s expansion into high-performance compute infrastructure.

Strategic ASIC Deployment with EVTV

Under the collaboration framework, the ASIC systems will be deployed within EVTV’s liquid-immersion-cooled modular container infrastructure. EVTV holds lease rights to the containerized and power-backed facilities supporting this deployment.

The partnership structure includes:

  • EVTV owning the ASIC compute systems

  • EVTV maintaining lease rights to the power infrastructure

  • Azio AI leading hardware integration and system configuration

  • Azio AI overseeing performance optimization and validation

Furthermore, Azio AI’s engineering team — including senior integration personnel with prior experience at NVIDIA — will support deployment and operational streamlining.

Infrastructure Validation and Performance Testing

The initial ASIC deployment is designed to validate key performance metrics. Specifically, the initiative will assess:

  • Sustained high-density power utilization

  • Immersion cooling efficiency

  • System uptime resilience

  • Compute economics under continuous-load conditions

During this validation phase, the ASIC systems are expected to support specialized SHA-256 compute workloads. As a result, the systems may generate Bitcoin (BTC) yields while establishing operational benchmarks for scalable multi-megawatt expansion.

Positioning for Scalable AI Infrastructure

This collaboration supports Azio AI’s broader strategy to deliver next-generation artificial intelligence infrastructure. By combining high-performance compute systems with modular, liquid-cooled environments, the company aims to enhance efficiency and scalability.

However, there can be no assurance regarding delivery timelines, operational performance, digital asset yields, lease arrangements, or future expansion plans.

Nevertheless, the first ASIC purchase order represents an important validation step for Azio AI as it advances its infrastructure roadmap.
