Farmhouse, Inc. today announced continued execution of its anti-debasement treasury strategy as the Company enters its next phase of treasury growth and capital deployment.
Farmhouse currently holds 15.709 Bitcoin, with a market value of approximately $1.36 million as of September 21, 2026, based on a Bitcoin reference price of $86,597, alongside its gold and savings reserves.
The Company accumulated its Bitcoin position through 20 purchase events at an average acquisition cost of approximately $64,508 per Bitcoin. Based on the September 21 reference price, the position reflected approximately $347,000 of unrealized appreciation, or 34.2% above aggregate acquisition cost. Bitcoin prices are volatile, and unrealized appreciation may increase or decrease materially and does not represent realized cash proceeds.
“The Farmhouse treasury strategy has moved from design to execution,” said Evan Horowitz, Chief Executive Officer of Farmhouse. “We have built the infrastructure, raised and deployed capital, and accumulated Bitcoin and gold on our balance sheet. Our next objective is scale.”
Farmhouse believes its treasury model has an important structural distinction from traditional operating businesses. Subject to financing terms, market conditions and management’s capital-allocation decisions, incremental capital can be deployed directly into additional treasury assets without requiring proportionate expansion of physical operating infrastructure.
“The infrastructure already exists. The principal variables are the amount and cost of capital we can responsibly deploy,” Horowitz continued. “Increasing deployable treasury capital does not require proportionate physical infrastructure. It requires disciplined access to capital and disciplined allocation of that capital.”
The Company’s strategy centers on Bitcoin as its majority treasury asset while incorporating gold and other savings assets within a broader sound money and anti-debasement strategy.
