Staked SUI ETF

Canary Capital has launched the Canary Staked SUI ETF (NASDAQ: SUIS), introducing the first spot SUI ETF with integrated staking rewards. The new fund provides investors with direct exposure to SUI, the native token of the Sui Network, while also generating potential additional returns through staking.

The Canary Staked SUI ETF is designed to track the spot price of SUI. At the same time, it participates in the network’s Proof-of-Stake validation process. As a result, net in-kind staking rewards are reflected in the fund’s net asset value (NAV). Therefore, investors gain both price exposure and staking-based yield within a regulated, exchange-traded structure.

According to Steven McClurg, CEO of Canary Capital, the ETF enables investors to access SUI in a registered format while benefiting from staking rewards generated by the blockchain’s PoS mechanism. Consequently, the fund combines traditional ETF accessibility with blockchain-native yield opportunities.

Why the Sui Network Matters

The Sui Network focuses on fast and low-cost transactions. In addition, it supports a broad range of use cases, including decentralized finance, gaming, digital marketplaces, and advertising tools. Because of its scalable architecture, developers can build seamless applications for everyday users.

Created by key contributors behind Meta’s Libra project, Sui has gained strong traction. As of December 2025, the network recorded more than $10 billion in 30-day decentralized exchange (DEX) trading volume, over 1,000 monthly active developers, and more than $200 billion in monthly stablecoin transfer volume. These metrics highlight growing adoption and ecosystem strength.

Expanding Access to Digital Assets

With the launch of the Canary Staked SUI ETF, Canary Capital continues to expand institutional and retail access to emerging blockchain ecosystems. Investors who believe in the long-term potential of Sui can now access spot SUI exposure with staking directly on Nasdaq under the ticker SUIS.

Moreover, the ETF structure simplifies digital asset investing. Instead of managing wallets or staking independently, investors can gain exposure through a traditional brokerage account. This approach improves accessibility while maintaining regulatory oversight.

Ultimately, the Canary Staked SUI ETF represents a significant milestone for Sui ecosystem adoption. By combining spot exposure with staking rewards, the fund offers a streamlined pathway to participate in blockchain innovation.
