SEMPRE and Seekr Partner to Extend Sovereign AI across

Seekr, the leader in explainable and sovereign AI, and SEMPRE, the leader in secure, survivable digital infrastructure, today announced a strategic partnership to deliver sovereign edge AI across SEMPRE’s national network, hardening U.S. critical infrastructure against cyberattacks and grid loss. Under the agreement, Seekr’s sovereign, explainable AI will run as a supported workload within the SEMPRE environment allowing models to execute locally on SEMPRE Total Infrastructure Devices™, where mission and industrial data remain within the operator’s control.

SEMPRE was built to simplify the user experience on the battlefield. By bringing connectivity, compute, and cybersecurity together in one, SEMPRE gives operators a single environment to connect users and systems, run applications locally, move and protect mission data, and continue operating without having to assemble or manage separate pieces. Each SEMPRE Total Infrastructure Device™ can operate independently and connect with other Devices as part of SEMPRE’s national decentralized network, extending the same digital environment across locations. Seekr runs within that protected environment with models built, tuned, and executed on the Device’s own compute, with no model call and no production data crossing the public internet, and the reasoning behind every output recorded on site where the operator can reach it.

“SEMPRE gives technology companies like Seekr a way to bring their capabilities to places they could not typically reach,” said Rob Spalding, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SEMPRE. “They can focus on what their technology does while we provide the environment to deploy it wherever their customers need it.”

“Sovereign AI is about data residency and the autonomy to ensure it does not need to leave the sovereign boundary in order to operate,” said Rob Clark, President of Seekr. “With SEMPRE and Seekr, there is finally a complete all-in-one survivable edge network that combines the networking, AI compute, and edge-optimized AI layer all in one hardened and resilient package, deployable as a single node or mesh network.”

Together, Seekr and SEMPRE will give customers the ability to deploy sovereign AI directly into operational environments – using domain-specific models, vision-language models and AI agents to analyze local data, support critical decisions, and automate workflows without sending production or proprietary data back to the public internet. The result is faster access to trusted analysis and automation at the point of need, continued AI-enabled operations through connectivity disruptions, and greater control over mission data and the reasoning behind AI outputs.
