Robo.ai has secured its first commercial contract for embodied AI data, marking an important milestone for the company. The Nasdaq-listed technology firm announced that its subsidiary will deliver 30,000 hours of robot training data to U.S.-based DaBoss.AI within 12 months. As a result, Robo.ai strengthens its presence in the fast-growing robotics sector.

Robo.ai Embodied AI Data Order Highlights Rising Demand

The agreement signals the operational launch of Robo.ai’s “Embodied AI Data Port” strategy. Moreover, it reflects the increasing global need for high-quality data to train intelligent robotic systems.

Key highlights of the order include:

  • 30,000 hours of valid data duration

  • Multi-modal raw data such as RGB-D vision, motion trajectories, and tactile feedback

  • Data tailored for Level 4 and higher embodied AI models

Additionally, the transaction will be consolidated into Robo.ai’s financial statements under U.S. GAAP. Therefore, it is expected to contribute measurable cash flow for fiscal year 2026.

Partnership Expands Global Data Capabilities

The project formally begins global collaboration between Robo.ai and DaBoss.AI. By integrating GCC regional operations into the joint venture, Robo.ai improves its strategic position in the embodied AI data supply chain. At the same time, the partnership aligns technical standards with regional resources.

Aiden Zhu, Co-founder and U.S. CEO of DaBoss, explained that the order represents a shift toward a scalable cloud-based service model. Consequently, the joint venture can quickly provide compliant and high-fidelity physical data to Silicon Valley clients.

Benjamin Zhai, CEO of Robo.ai, described the agreement as the commercial realization of the company’s joint venture strategy. Furthermore, he noted that the deal demonstrates strong global demand for “physical common sense” data. Robo.ai is leveraging both technology and compliance to convert orders into revenue efficiently.
