monday.com partner program

monday.com has reinforced its position as an AI-first work platform with major expansions to its global partner program. The announcement was made at the company’s sixth annual Partner Summit, where over 500 professionals from more than 40 countries gathered to shape the ecosystem’s growth through 2026.

The expanded monday.com partner program is designed to unlock new AI-driven revenue opportunities, accelerate joint customer success, and strengthen ecosystem collaboration worldwide.

Building an AI-First Partner Ecosystem

As part of its AI-first strategy, monday.com is embedding artificial intelligence across its products, workflows, and partner offerings. This approach enables enterprises to improve efficiency, scale operations, and drive measurable business impact.

At the Partner Summit, monday.com introduced several initiatives to boost AI adoption across its ecosystem.

For the first time, the company launched a competitive incentive program focused on monday AI adoption. Partner sales representatives who attach AI capabilities to customer deals will qualify for financial rewards. Top global performers will also receive formal recognition.

In addition, monday.com unveiled a new Go-To-Partners platform with AI integration. This platform replaces the legacy partner directory and introduces Matchmaker, an AI-powered matching engine that connects customers with certified service partners based on industry, expertise, and business needs.

The company also introduced the AI Genius specialization, an advanced tier recognizing top-performing AI partners. Benefits include a dedicated proof of concept (PoC), additional Marketing Development Funds (MDF), and direct engagement with product leadership.

According to co-CEO Eran Zinman, these enhancements ensure partners have the tools and AI capabilities required to lead complex digital transformations.

Expanding Revenue Opportunities and Ecosystem Leadership

The monday.com ecosystem continues to scale globally. In 2025, the partner channel generated 23% of gross added ARR. More than 3,000 certified partner representatives now support customer growth initiatives. Meanwhile, the monday.com Marketplace hosts over 900 apps.

The company also announced a significant shift in its go-to-market strategy. It is expanding beyond its traditional revenue-share model by introducing dedicated reseller and distributor programs. This evolution opens the ecosystem to new partner types and supports changing customer buying behaviors in the AI era.

Chief Revenue Officer Casey George emphasized that as AI becomes central to modern work, partnership economics must evolve. The updated partner program is designed to create sustainable value for both partners and customers.

Additionally, monday.com is expanding its Partner Advisory Board, originally launched in 2025. The board will now include 15 global partners and serve as a strategic forum for collaboration on regional growth and long-term planning.

Recognizing Top Global Partners

The annual Partner Awards celebrated outstanding ecosystem contributions across regions. Partner of the Year winners include:

  • The SaaSy People (EMEA)

  • AbilityOps (North America)

  • Alest (LATAM)

  • Work Perfect (APAC)

These awards highlight the growing role partners play in delivering AI-driven implementations, premium advisory services, and long-term customer value.

Driving the Future of AI-Powered Work

The expanded monday.com partner program strengthens the company’s AI-first transformation while opening new revenue streams for partners. Through AI incentives, enhanced matching technology, and new reseller models, monday.com is positioning its ecosystem for scalable global growth.

As AI adoption accelerates across industries, monday.com’s ecosystem strategy ensures partners can deliver innovation, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes for customers worldwide.
