A next-generation digital media and data group in Asia, today announced that its subsidiary Ad2iction (“Ad2”) has won the Bronze Award in the AI Media Placement Awards category at the 2025 Click Awards for its innovative product, Ad2 AI Agent.

Ad2 AI Agent is an AI-powered advertising solution designed for the digital marketing industry. By combining a real audience database with predictive AI and generative AI, it enables brands to generate accurate consumer insights and transform limited assets into high-impact ad creatives. The one-stop service covers audience analysis, creative generation and media placement recommendations, empowering brands to reach consumers faster, smarter, and more effectively while significantly improving campaign performance.

The Ad2 network currently reaches over 99% of mobile users in Taiwan, making it one of the most influential digital advertising platforms in the market. Since launching Ad2 AI Agent in April 2025, the solution has been utilized by more than 220 clients, generating audience insights and enhancing workflow automation. In practice, AI-powered audience analysis has not only enhanced advertising engagement performance but also further validated the real-world value of AI in digital marketing.

The Click Awards, established in 1999, has become one of Taiwan’s most influential digital marketing honors, recognizing creativity and innovation that drive business transformation. Now in its 26th year, the awards reflect the rapid evolution of the digital marketing industry. This year’s ceremony was held on September 25 in Macau, where Ad2’s recognition underscored its leadership in AI advertising and the Retail Media Network (RMN) marketing space.

This recognition also follows other significant corporate developments. On September 17, the Company was officially certified for ISO 27001:2022, reinforcing its commitment to international standards in information security. In parallel, the Company launched its digital asset treasury strategy (“DAT Strategy”), which relies on a robust internal information security framework aligned with global best practices. These initiatives demonstrate the Company’s ongoing commitment to building a secure, compliant and innovation-driven ecosystem.

Ad2 operates within the Company’s Technology business unit. This unit leverages advanced AI and data analytics to develop and optimize integrated advertising solutions, aiming to capture and grow revenue within the market. The Technology business unit contributed $14.2 million to FY2024 revenue at a growth rate of 34% and comprised approximately 29% of total FY2024 consolidated revenue.
