Today announced its monthly Ethereum (“ETH”) treasury and staking metrics for the month of March 2026:

Key Highlights for March 2026

  • As of March 31, 2026, the Company held approximately 155,444.4[1] ETH.
  • Based on a closing ETH price of approximately $2,104 as of March 31, 2026, the market value of the Company’s ETH holdings was approximately $327.0 million.
  • The Company’s total average ETH acquisition price for all holdings was approximately $3,045 as of March 31, 2026.
  • The Company’s total staked ETH was ~96,322, or ~62% of its total holdings, as of March 31, 2026. During the month, the Company reduced its staked position to provide greater flexibility in managing its ETH treasury, including the potential to pursue enhanced yield opportunities and other capital allocation initiatives.
  • Staking operations generated approximately 291.3 ETH in rewards during the period, representing an annualized yield of approximately 2.9%.
  • Bit Digital shares outstanding were 326,577,219 as of March 31, 2026.
  • The Company maintains ownership of approximately 27.0 million WhiteFiber (WYFI) shares with a market value of approximately $322.1 million as of March 31, 2026.
