Premier Radiology Services Acquires

Premier Radiology Services (Premier) is pleased to announce the acquisition of National Radiology Solutions (NRAD), a highly regarded teleradiology provider recognized for its diverse team of specialists and deep expertise across all major radiology subspecialties. This acquisition further expands Premier’s national footprint, strengthens comprehensive clinical coverage, and enhances exceptional patient care to enable more efficient, expert interpretations across a growing network of outpatient-focused healthcare providers.

“Welcoming the NRAD team marks another important milestone for Premier and meaningfully expands the scale and capabilities of our platform,” said Andy Copilevitz, CEO of Premier. “Our organizations share a deep commitment to advancing the practice of teleradiology and supporting the physicians who make it possible. Together, we will empower radiologists to practice with greater autonomy while continuing to elevate the quality of patient care and expand access to high-quality services nationwide.”

This partnership enables Premier and NRAD to collaborate closely and leverage their combined strengths, including a robust radiologist network, advanced administrative infrastructure and technology, and proven clinical operations. By integrating best practices from both organizations, the combined team will enhance its ability to deliver more efficient, precise, and reliable services for healthcare providers and the patients they serve.

Robb Kolb and his team will join Premier following the acquisition, ensuring continuity for NRAD’s customers and physicians, and further strengthening Premier’s operations, commercial, and clinical talent.

“I have always envisioned teleradiology as more than a digital transaction—it should be a meaningful, personal interaction that elevates the standard of care,” said Robb Kolb, founder of NRAD. “Our success reflects the commitment of our team. Their hard work enabled us to reach this important moment, and Premier will continue to drive our shared success moving forward—combining strengths, expanding our reach, and delivering a higher level of service than either organization could achieve alone.”
