BioMed Realty and Babraham Research Campus Ltd have completed the Babraham Research Campus lease-up of their newest laboratory building, following agreements with TRIMTECH Therapeutics and Tagomics Ltd.. The milestone highlights strong demand for flexible, fully fitted lab space within one of Europe’s leading bioscience ecosystems.
With both leases finalized, the building is now fully occupied. As a result, the Campus strengthens its position as a preferred destination for early-stage and scaling life science companies seeking immediate access to high-quality laboratory infrastructure.

The Babraham Research Campus lease-up underscores the joint venture’s strategy to deliver turnkey, mission-critical lab environments. Importantly, the facility enables companies to move quickly from discovery to data while remaining embedded in a collaborative scientific community.
TRIMTECH Therapeutics has secured laboratory and office space to expand operations focused on small molecule therapies targeting protein aggregates linked to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Huntington’s. Meanwhile, Tagomics Ltd. will use its new space to further develop its multiomic biomarker discovery platform, supporting early disease detection and precision diagnostics, including colorectal cancer programs.
