(Nasdaq: ONCY) (TSX: ONC) (“Oncolytics” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage immunotherapy company developing pelareorep, today announced that its upcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) will be held virtually at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, August 8, 2025, as a virtual-only shareholder meeting. After the Meeting and at the conclusion of shareholder voting, Oncolytics’ Chief Executive Officer, Jared Kelly, will provide a corporate update, including strategic milestones for the remainder of 2025. Financial results for the second quarter of 2025 will also be announced before the stock market opens on the same day.

Registered shareholders (who have not appointed a proxyholder) and duly appointed proxyholders (including non-registered shareholders who appoint themselves as proxyholders) will be able to virtually attend the Meeting and vote in real-time, provided they are connected to the internet. Non-registered shareholders who have not properly appointed themselves as proxyholder will be able to attend the Meeting as guests but will not be able to vote at the Meeting.
